     Pagan Traditional Folk Music

Eliwagar is a one woman band created by Runahild Bjarkanweiss Tyrsdottir
during the winter of 2006/07 in the heart of Lothringen, a land which finds
its roots in the germanic heritage and traditions.
Runahild composes Traditional Pagan Folk Musik which is her true dedication
to hail and honour the ancient nordic and germanic traditions, the pagan
beliefs of the northern lands, the everlasting might and beauty of Mother
Nature and particulary of the Lothringen land and its wonderful landscapes
where the wind still blows with the ancestral spirit of brave heroes...
Eliwagar uses mainly traditional instruments to follow the path of the
music played by our folk since the dawn of time around great fire during
the long winternights. They played just natural instruments and sang the
glorious legends of the gods and goddesses, of heroes and victory...
