DJs and musicians, these duo, Ali and Sharam were ones of the first to
push the boundaries of house music to refine it to the new level of
what was termed as "Deep House." Some of their remixes are superbly
amazing, full of brilliance adept arrangements, reminds you of
unforgettable Slacker house sounds and have deep bluesy feelings to it
wrapped with beautiful vocals and banging beats, not to miss the
inclusion in the sets of some of great DJs, the like of Danny Howells.
Some of my favorites of Deep Dish remixes include "Deep Dish with
Everything But The Girl - The Future Of The Future (Stay Gold)," which
was featured on Renaissance The Mix 4 Mixed by Dave Seaman, and "Dusted
- Always Remember To Respect + Honour Your Mother (Deep Dish Loves Their
Motha Remix)." Listen to their newest "Renaissance - Ibiza" CD and it
will tell your how good Deep Dish is and you know what I'm talking about.
