Groove Assassin is Nick Moss from the North of England UK , Nick has
been Djing 17 years and producing for around 14 years.
A passion for deep soulful house music was the driving force behind
Nick's enthusiasm for Djing and producing. With inspiration from
elements of , Disco , Funk , Jazz Funk , Latin , R n B , Soul , Early
House to the diverse range of early 80's Breakdance & Electro .
Nick has built up a solid reputation through his highly energetic and
soulful DJ performances, which have included some of the worlds
leading and most respected house music venues, including CIELO ( NYC
) where Nick played 5 exclusive nights as a warm up to Miami WMC
2004/2005/2006/2007 , undisputedly the best house music club in NYC
possibly the world , home to residents and legends such as , Louie
Vega (MAW) , Kevin Hegde ( Blaze ) , F. K. ( Deep Space ) and graced
by many other leading international Dj's voted DanceStars 2004 Club
of the Year and winner best club Club World 2005, winner best venue

Nick has also had the pleasure of gracing the turntables at the
legendary Pacha nightclub ( Ibiza ) in the El Cielo ( Funky Room )
one of the most respected and renowned clubs in the world .Nick has
been playing at Pacha over the last 5 years.
Nick played the opening parties at Pacha ( Funky Room ) during the
summer of 2005 for Def Mix , Pure Pacha , Subliminal , Yoshitishi ,
Flower Power , Ministry of Sound and Renaissance.
Nick has also graced the turntables at Amnesia , Space , Es Paradis ,
Cafe Del Mar ,Mambo and Savannahs and Martina Discoteque. Aswell as
Djing in the UK at some of the hottest venues and parties including ,
Ministry of Sound , Traffic , Player Sessions , Dusted , Rhino ,
Neighbourhood and many others Nick has also toured such places as USA
, Australia ,Austria , Italy , Greece , France , Portugal , Bulgaria
, Switzerland , Georgia , Lithuania , Russia and mainland Spain
spreading his vibe and love of music to the masses , exhibiting his
unique style of soulful deep house , disco tinged house and garage
and deep funky flavours. .
PRODUCTIONS / REMIXES
Production wise latest projects include remixes & original
productions for : Defected Records , MN2S , Jellybean Soul , Tony
Humphries's Tony Records , Home Records ,Fall Out Records , Rotgut
Records , Tempogroove Records , Deep Haven , Sun Soaked Records
,Camio Recordings , No Visa Records aswell as a whole host of
original material and some of his trademark re-edits .
Nick is also helping fellow friend / producer (Jonny Montana) out
with Camio Recordings which is aimed towards the soulful sound of
house with the emphasis on real instrumentation and soulful vocal
sounds . The label has gone from strength to strength and Camio is
currently upto their 11th release with plans for an album due soon .
