      █░█▒      The debut album from Lotta received embracements     ▒█░█
      █░█▒      from the press ("This yearÆs debut -already? Lotta   ▒█░█
      █░█▒      WenglΘn will definitely be a candidate for that      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      rewardö, Bengt Ola Mattsson, ╓stersunds Posten,      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      26/1-2001) and the success should have been even     ▒█░█
      █░█▒      greater if not that tragic thing occurred around     ▒█░█
      █░█▒      that time.                                           ▒█░█
      █░█▒                                                           ▒█░█
      █░█▒      The origin to this album begun with Lotta writing    ▒█░█
      █░█▒      some songs of her own, until this point she had      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      always played in a band. She gathered them and some  ▒█░█
      █░█▒      older tracks and went into the, now late, Dundret    ▒█░█
      █░█▒      Studio in Malm÷ with just a guitar and a             ▒█░█
      █░█▒      glockenspiel. Later on she would be accompanied by   ▒█░█
      █░█▒      some fellow musicians. This was to become her debut  ▒█░█
      █░█▒      album under the artist name Lotta W. This was a      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      time when Lotta felt a strong urge to leave the      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      city to move to the countryside, which she did, and  ▒█░█
      █░█▒      on the record you can hear this transition taking    ▒█░█
      █░█▒      place in the different songs. The songs are, in      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      spite of the time between the makings of them, in a  ▒█░█
      █░█▒      way connected by one component, the longing for      ▒█░█
      █░█▒      something else, something better. An illusion of     ▒█░█
      █░█▒      how you wish things really should be, in your life,  ▒█░█
      █░█▒      in your relationship, in you. The album is out of    ▒█░█
      █░█▒      sale and could be hard to get a hold of. We could    ▒█░█
      █░█▒      have made a new edition by that time, but            ▒█░█
      █░█▒      unfortunately the rights to this album slipped both  ▒█░█
      █░█▒      Adrian RecordingsÆ and LottaÆs way.                  ▒█░█
