    prefuse/73 is the brainchild of scott herren, mastermind of delarosa and
    asora, and savath + savalas.  however, it is most definitely not what you
    would expect coming from someone who has previously crafted such lush,
    evocative soundscapes in the past.  "vocal studies + uprock narratives"
    is all about the party.  scott herren viciously dissects hip-hop beats 
    and vocals and reconstructs them into something that lives and breathes 
    in the realm of idm.  no prankster mcs or punkass rhymes here.  my 
    favorite is still "life/death" featuring the positively stunning flow of 
    mikah 9. check it.
