  Some liner notes:
"Kingston Rules brings together tracks (on CD 1) from 1976, a time when
Dillinger more or less ruled the roots with his classic CB 200 album,
and tracks (on CD 2) recorded in 1998, produced by the inimitable and
irrepressible Winston 'Niney' Holness, that utilise inmortal Niney
rhythm tracks from the 70s with Dillinger's potent toasting layered on
  top."
