████ The story of UK hip-hop/metal/crusty pioneers ████
████ Senser should carry a few warnings to any ████
████ would-be rock stars to never kill the golden ████
████ goose. Following a smash hit debut album û the ████
████ awesome and still fresh-sounding ôStacked Upö ████
████ which hit no 4 in the UK charts after a ████
████ gruelling couple of years touring û the sextet ████
████ who originally recorded it just couldnÆt hold ████
████ it together and split into two, half remaining ████
████ as Senser and the rest recording under the ████
████ name Lodestar. Separately, the creative ████
████ chemistry was halved, and neither band came up ████
████ with anything which matched the righteous ████
████ anger and creative brilliance of ôStacked Upö. ████
████ ████
████ Anyway, individual musical agendas now ████
████ hopefully fulfilled, the original crew are now ████
████ reformed and have produced an album worthy of ████
████ comparison with their finest moments. ôHow To ████
████ Do Battleö is not as awesome as ôStacked Upö, ████
████ but it runs it a hell of a lot closer than ████
████ Senser or any approximation thereof have ████
████ managed in the intervening years. Those of you ████
████ who recall ôStacked Upö as fondly as I do will ████
████ be pleased to know that the sound of this ████
████ record has is kept to a template which ████
████ faithfully reflects their classic sound. ████
████ ████
████ Some of the tracks on here are nailed-on ████
████ future classics û from forthcoming single ████
████ ôResistance Nowö to the ████
████ Prodigy-meets-the-Pistols ôEnd Of The World ████
████ Showö. ôHow To Do Battleö is a magnificent ████
████ comeback û in fact itÆs the exact record they ████
████ should have released in 1996, before ████
████ proceeding to become the Best Band In The ████
████ World. When you think about what could have ████
████ beenà. ████
