The Peckings brothers, Chris and Duke, finally unleash the part two to
their Old Skool Young Blood series, collecting some of the singles
they've released over the past few months containing some of the cuts to
their Mafia & Fluxy lick of Soul Rebel including the top sound around
town right now; Gappy Ranks' Heaven In Your Eyes. Other highlights
include Courtney John's amazing 'lost' Treasure Isle tour de force Lucky
Man, Christopher Ellis' touching and beautifully sung tribute to his
late, lamented father Alton, a medley on the original Lets Do Rocksteady
riddim, an excellent duet between Peter Spence and Lady Lex on Feel So
Right, Peter Hunnigale remembering Marcus Garvey, an original
composition, not the Spear legend, on the original Silvertones' Studio
One Smile riddim, a Tribute To Scooby Santino, the young singer who died
in mysterious circumstances earlier in the year, from Jah Mega on the
original riddim to the Techniques' Treasure Isle classic It's You I Love
and Natijah's Find A Way on a loop lifted from intro to the original
Treasure Isle riddim to Angel Of The Morning previously issued on 45.
