Filming and recording this performance at Full Sail University was exhilarating
but absolutely impossible without the initiative, dedication, and plain ole
help from some folks. Incredibly - 100 people dedicated themselves to building
a mammoth stage complete with lighting rigs and wiring a sound system - arena
ready. Additionally, a recording studio - by way of bus - rolled up and parked
alongside some camera, jibs, and giant cranes. All of this was organized and
orchestrated in just two days time, in the back lot, all for us. We are
eternally grateful for the help provided to make this unforgettable night
possible and enjoyable for us, our friend, and everyone else! - jjJACOB
JEFFRIES BANDThe last 18 months have been full of exciting things for the Jacob
Jeffries Band. Based in Ft. Lauderdale, the band has been cultivating their
live circuit in the SE. They also performed showcases at the NAMM Conference
for Baldwin Pianos in Anaheim, CA, at BMIÆs Leaf Lounge during the prestigious
Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT, and at SXSW for BMIÆs Acoustic Brunch
and the Red Gorilla Festival in Austin, TX. They were named 2008Æs Best Live

selected to perform in, and won the Florida Grammy Showcase! Not bad for a
four-some who are just starting to forge their path in this competitive world
of music.Jacob Jeffries Band also had a plan to release a series of CDÆs. The
goal was to present JacobÆs music in a few different settings. The debut
recording - Life As An Extra - was a more intimate recording featuring JacobÆs
lyrics and voice. The second release û Wonderful û was more electric and
featured a full band studio recording. The third release û Waiting for the
Piano Movers û is a Live CD recorded at the renowned Full Sail University, one
of the premier media arts schools in the world. Jacob Jeffries Band had the
privilege to shoot a DVD with the students and staff from Full Sail in the fall
of 2009. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiBehSbvZF4]Jacob Jeffries began
