The band love lo-fi sound and similar stuff, so this

-Biography-
Zurich against Zurich were born in Padua ( Italy ) in
2003 for the desire of David ( drums ) and Virginia (
guitar/voice ), after a series of previous musical
projects, so arriving to the solution of the duo. Now
they are also pawned in some others different projects
like Tiger Wowo, Toy Boys...
Their sound is crude and wild but carefully searched:
the guitar hasn't any signal processors but a powerful
amplifier which make it rough like the sometimes
suffering feminine voice, and the drum is perfectly
integrating bass, purposely eliminated. So the result
is something of indefinable where the most wild blues
often seems to emerge, if you can speak of blues...
The tracks are very short but intense and strong, so
their performances are concentrated and their leave to
the viewer a taste of hardship, the feedback skip the
human resistance limits...it's no fine but they like
so ( they're deafs ). Zurich against Zurich don't want
to repeat themselves, so like to give to the public
the best of their work avoiding useless long and
boring tracks.
Zurich against Zurich don't like genre's definition
and hate the music recorded on a dumb disk ( this
speech isn't valid in electronic sphere ), and for
this believe in live exhibitions: so they want to give
at every human ( and not ) the opportunity to see one
their show ... So they invite you to call them in
every place you can imagine for a performance, they
are also happy to plays with other bands ( Virginia is
the trustee of Troglosound, an entity working for
underground music and art, with no limits about
genres, that organizes festivals and lives and look
after musical graphics).
