Even though they're Swedish, it all came together for Friska Viljor in Hamburg.
It was here that they befriended the Ricky Kings and got signed by Devil Duck
Records. And, two albums later, Daniel Johansson and Joakim Sveningsson are now
looking at a promising international career. They recently won the German
herb-liquor sponsored Rock Championship 2009 and have since been invading
European festival stages. Every gig, the same sight: Sweating, singing,
drinking, dancing û and that's just the band! Friska Viljor have just finished
recording their third album, which, they claim is going to be a bit different
(as in: better different) than the old songs. More sweat, singing, drinking,
dancing? You bet! We're happy to have the Swedish boys back at the Reeperbahn
Festival!
