Release Notes:
Blending passion, energy, and honest expression
lifestory:monologue mixes experimental noise and melodic
composition with hopes of creating a unique sound that will affect
you in a way that normal music won't. Meshing the roots of rock
music with the art for art's sake morale reminiscent of the beat
era, LSM combines the orchestration of 7 musicians and poetic,
spoken word vocals to generate an atmosphere ranging from trance
inducing ambience to sonically destructive barrages, both live and
on recording. Hailing from Guelph, lifestory:monologue has only
been performing since the middle of 2004, but have already
released their first full length album entitled "Hand-me-down
cloak, Part 1," and are currently playing shows throughout
southern Ontario.
