OLD NEWS
The always flamboyant Victims in Ecstasy has been in a period of
transition lately -- actually, it's been playing a game of musical
chairs. The band enlisted a new bassist in Chucky Duff, allowing
longtime rhythm man Ken Virri to move to guitar, which in turn has
pushed guitarist Andy Gerold over to the drum seat. Despite the
changes, VIE is taking little time in following up last year's
disc, Chinese Pornography. The band is currently working at
Tempe's Sound Vision studios on a new release, tentatively titled
White Box Therapy. The band promises the forthcoming album will
continue the band's evolution toward a more melodic "big rock"

Since then, White Boy Therapy has been released and I haven't
heard anything since then. Also, their site (victimsinecstacy.com)
is no longer. It seems as though the band broke up and left no
trail. But the myspace site might eventually have something in
the future!
