INFO :
Freiband is the latest moniker of Frand De Waard, who has been
actively involved in producing music since 1984 as Goem,
Beequeen, Quest, Shifts and others. For his new project the
concept was borrowed from sonic pioneer Asmus Tietchens who
developed the technique of producing new music by scratching
analogue tape against the heads of a reel-to-reel machine.
æMicrobesÆ is full of warm digital music made out of clicks,
pops, scracthes....creating a post-modern take on the ambient
scene. BCC Recommended - cool ambient stuff !!!
