│ Terminalhead ││
│ Terminalhead formed in 1996 as a seven piece band with a ││
│ live break beat sound. However, as the tour bus got ││
│ overcrowded the band scaled down to a three piece. Pete ││
│ Marett provides the beats, Mr Spee the rhymes and Lee Groves ││
│ overseas the production. ││
│ ││
│ Before Terminalhead, Pete was involved "with dodgy bands, ││
│ good bands and some very dodgy bands!" Lee on the other hand ││
│ co founded AMG, the sample CD company which released the ││
│ world's first ever drum loops disc whilst Spee was involved ││
│ with the British Hip Hop scene of the late eighties as a ││
│ member of the Lords of Rap. He has also worked with a ││
│ variety of people from Malcolm McLaren to Ed Case to Boy ││
│ George. ││
│ ││
│ Lee and Pete had already formed the PuSH label before they ││
│ had met Spee. PuSH helped Terminalhead forge their sound and ││
│ their mark on the break beat scene. Under PuSH they did ││
│ remixes for Geri Halliwell, the Lightening Seeds and NSYNC! ││
│ ││
│ The group now have their own studio space near where Pete ││
│ lives in Fleet which they prefer and they can now be more ││
│ discriminate about the remixes that they choose to do! They ││
│ have just done a remix for Just Jack which will be released ││
│ on RGR Recordings in the very near future. Their next album ││
│ is due out in March and so far the only tour date that they ││
│ have confirmed is in Hong Kong! ││

│ The boys have just signed a new agent though and hope to ││
