across in recent times, we're not
entirely sure how much of a secret the
identity of the producer behind The
Predicate Production Guild is, so all
we'll say is that a little bit of
internet sleuthing should tell you
everything you need to know about the
man behind the moniker - one of the most
interesting and well rega

The 'library' or 'production music'
concept of the series works brilliantly
at the hand of this producer, weaving
atmospheric sound collages around more
percussive interludes, early electronic
workouts and jazz modifications for a
detached and mysterious selection that
harks back to the heyday of library
records. The whole thing has a
brilliantly alien quality to it, making
it very hard to pin down where and when
in the world it came to life - which is,
after all, sort of the point. Disposable
Music have already produced one of the
most amazing records of its kind this
year with Bruno Spoerri's remarkable
"Extrakugel", so we tip our hats off to
them for repeating the formula without
repeating the sound itself on this
excellent long player, surely a serious
collectors item in the making. Don't
sleep if u want a copy - strictly
limited supply!
