Sometime 1994 : Reinhard Vanbergen (violin, guitar), Niek Meul (guitar) and
Lieven Moors (guitar), three classmates from Gent (B) form a band together. A
little later on, Bent Van Looy (drums, vocals) joins them, and the foursome call
their band Things To Come. They played [quote] "horrible campfire music with
acoustic guitars, violins and bongo's and such." [end quote] Not much happens
with the band; all four of them are still in school and they rehearse once a
week.
Late 1997 : Keyboard player Tom Kestens is looking for a new band to play in. He
meets up with Things To Come, and joins them. They decide to change their name
into Das Pop, and make a fresh start by writing tons of new songs. A first demo
tape is being recorded and sent out to the Humo Rock Rally preselections.

04:11:2000 : Das Pop kick off their tour at De Singel in Antwerp. Das Pop
surprises its audience by bringing a wonderful cover version of Rheingold's 1980
classic hit, 'Dreiklangdimensionen'.
So this is the CDS to that.
