Codek.com "the 4th installment of the Sounds Superb series
explores further the possibilities of randomness. This time it's a
bit more on the Stoner tip. Lot's of editing and messing with the
turntable pitch control to generate the depth and exitment we love
so much when sampling. we liked it so much that we had to include
20 min. short radio mix of "conservation of momentum"."
we always suspected the line from balearic to prog was razor
thin...check out (2) for a phil collins/yes mashup to beat the
band...of course the other. (3) is a kraut stomp to break up the
slo-mo disco tension sets and (1) the aforementioned "conservation"
which is somewhere in between of those uncategorisable tracks that
chinatown puts out and an early sheffield (deep exorcist) tracks.
