███ Although Victorian HallsÆ self-titled EP is short, itÆs ███
███ complex and simply good enough to listen to repeatedly. ███
███ The four-piece band from Chicago blends a mixture of ███
███ garage, pop, and punk that obviously follows in the ███
███ footsteps of the Blood Brothers, but also proves that ███
███ chaos comes in many flavors. The whole EP is catchy, fun, ███
███ and insane, as the band plows through the highly danceable ███
███ beats with the screeching vocals of Sean Lenart and ███
███ punchy, jumpy piano riffs. ItÆs as if the music comes at ███
███ you from multiple dimensions, bombarding you with a ███
███ theatrical quality thatÆs impossible to turn away from. ███
███ ôNeon Skies Light My Nerves Upö is especially engaging, ███
███ with a catchy hook and full music that, if it wasnÆt so ███
███ tightly controlled, might just explode all over the place. ███
███ High-strung yet authentic, Victorian Halls is like a ███
███ high-speed joy ride that feels reckless and erratic, but ███
███ leaves no doubt about the fact that youÆre in good hands. ███
