dXb Very few artists in this industry are able to move dXb
dXb from conception, to the tops of charts in the span of dXb
dXb only a few months. Even fewer artists manage to pull dXb

dXb wonder that so few artists are anything like Hobo. At dXb
dXb the age of twenty-four, Joel Boychuk is still young, dXb
dXb but the swiftness with which he has navigated his way dXb
dXb from what was just an idea, to achieving dXb

dXb wide acclaim, has shown the vision and steady-hand of dXb
dXb a veteran. Boychuks debut EP as Hobo, From A to B, dXb
dXb was released on Minus in December 2008 on vinyl and dXb
dXb digital formats, catapulting the name Hobo onto the dXb
dXb techno scene and into the worlds top DJs sets. Nearly dXb
dXb one year later, and after a whirlwind eight months of dXb
dXb touring alongside dXb

dXb technos biggest names, Hobo finally makes his highly dXb
dXb anticipated return with his second EP, Trackz. dXb
dXb dXb
dXb Boychuk admits that he had little in mind while dXb
dXb writing the eight tracks included on his aptly named dXb
dXb new release. Where From A to B was about harnessing dXb
dXb specific experiences and translating them into music dXb
dXb as a means of release, Trackz is more about having dXb
dXb fun and experimenting. Writing over the course of dXb
dXb autumn 2008 and winter dXb
dXb dXb
dXb 2009, Boychuk fell into a very easy routine of dXb
dXb activity. With the rare occasion of having most of dXb
dXb his friends in the same city at once, Boychuk would dXb
dXb spend his nights out with them jaunting around the dXb
dXb countryside, getting into all sorts of trouble, only dXb
dXb to balance it dXb

dXb out by isolating himself in his studio during the dXb

dXb The A-side starts out with Eazy; a simple track whose dXb
dXb identity is found in the subtle movements of a delay dXb
dXb unit as it undulates over a deep bass line that has dXb
dXb one purpose: making bodies move. 3rd Dimension dXb
dXb follows with a darkness and lightness that playfully dXb
dXb jostle for attention before coming together to create dXb
dXb a new form that is greater dXb

dXb than the sum of its parts, but no less familiar. dXb
dXb Flipping the record over reveals a slightly harder dXb
dXb edge that perfectly continues on the trajectory dXb
