████ "Regardless if people in and outside of the [DJ] culture feel ████
████ the album or not, it doesn't take away the fact that you won't ████
████ FIND ANYONE RIGHT NOW who can come close conceptually, ████
████ technically, musically, and have an all around impact with ████
████ scratch music like what were doing right here and now. ████
 ████ ████
████ Unlike guitar music and other music where it's been around so ████
████ longer, highly skilled artist stick out like a sore thumb, it ████
████ seems we, the highly skilled scratchers, still have to educate ████
████ people because the shits so young. Even the manufacturers of ████
████ this culture are producing gimmick instruments, gimmick djs ████
████ getting 25 straight show tours, and we have to struggle for the ████
████ few we get? We can't just walk up to the offices or any record ████
████ label and get signed, but gimmick djs (not even scratch ████
████ musicians) but djs can? ████
 ████ ████
████ THE SHIT IS TWISTED. ████
 ████ ████
████ So I'm sitting here "risking" my name to teach. I use my work ████
████ as proof, not as a way to make YOU feel as I'm superior, if I ████
████ felt that way, I wouldn't talk to people online because you ████
████ wouldn't be worth my time, but I talk to 14 year old ████
████ scratchers, and 30 year old scratchers, I love this shit, and I ████
████ put my best into it. In the years to come, it will be my turn ████
████ to pass to help other kids comin up. In order to do this ████
████ though, fools NEED TO KNOW WHATS FRESH. ████
 ████ ████
████ Some people try their whole life to find their sound, their ████
████ "gimmick" the thing that sets them apart, and fail, sure mad ████
████ heads make listenable music, but how many you know that makes ████
████ technically, musically, and conceptually original and quality ████
████ music to push a genre? Shits rare as fuck, STRAIGHT UP. This is ████
████ what we do. It's funny though, I'm the one who says it the ████
████ most, which IT SHOULDN'T BE LIKE THAT. Although, I'm not gonna ████
████ wait for Vestax and "sponsers" to tell me I'm fresh, or cats ████
████ who think triple click flares are the thing to do, that I'm ████
████ fresh, when I can outtech all them cats, out battle all battle ████
████ cats, and then shit on the style I do better than them, only to ████
████ introduce some shit no ones heard. ████
 ████ ████
████ I really don't want people to think I'm demanding people to ████
████ like my music, on the flip, not recognizing skills is not gonna ████
████ happen without me making a comment. Maybe I wouldn't be so ████
████ quick to talk as much if I had some confidence that people ████
████ actually knew the difference between fresh and wack, gimmick ████
████ and concept, technical and flashy, efficient and playin the ████
 ████ role. ████
 ████ ████
████ When you listen to the album, don't listen to it as the be all ████
████ end all, IT'S NOT, it covers MAD ground, but it's NOT the BE ████
████ ALL END ALL. This album covers mad ground to let other scratch ████
████ musicians know, THERE ARE MAD ROUTES TO GO, don't limit ████
████ yourself to a style, this is not where the truth is. This is ████
████ why no theme was stuck with, it was an album for the scratch ████
████ heads that proves many things, if your open enough to get it. ████
 ████ ████
████ If you expect me to be "humble" about the truth, well, this is ████
████ the age of aquarius, concepts through art and communication to ████
████ help the next person grow. Scetchbook was made for a purpose, ████
████ and it will be the only album I make for short attention ████
████ spanned people who don't understand what 100% turntable music ████
████ can be. The rest of my albums, you gotta be a bonefide music ████
████ lover and have a lot more patience openmindedness. ████
 ████ ████
████ Anyway, not trying to be an asshole here, just recognize the ████
████ skills, that's all we ALL ask. I might be the most outspoken, ████
████ but don't think the fools I roll with aint feelin me on this. ████
████ Everyone is pretty much sick of this twisted idea of how talent ████
████ is perceived, on a global level, but even on the scratch music ████
