UK born and Edmonton, Canada raised, Garfield was reared
on a steady diet of Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. Now,
pulling from that groove-inspired upbringing, Garfield is
working with Producer and Co-Writer Chin Injeti (Bass is
Base) to forge a soulful R&B sound all his own.
Garfield joined forces with Chin to create the smooth
debut urban track " I Want It", featuring the MC talents
of local artist/producer DT. This CD single also features
a high-energy remix version.
This single is a warm up to his full length debut CD,
currently in the works.
Garfield is also a seasoned actor, with lengthy and
impressive acting film credits. He is set to appear in
the upcoming feature film "Edison" starring fellow
musicians Justin Timberlake and LL Cool J along with Kevin
Spacey and Morgan Freeman. Marc El-Ayari of Triton Films
who are also known for their work with Swollen Members and
Sweatshop Union directed the "I Want It" video.
