Red is the first part of the Balkan Vinyl "Colours" series: 4 artists
per record, 6 releases over six months (Red, Green, Blue, Orange,
Yellow, and Violet). Each record is limited to just 250 hand numbered &
sealed copies. Every record comes with a CD sealed in the sleeve
containing the vinyl tracks plus extra tracks and remixes.
Red features 4 tracks of acid house and electro, from Mark Archer (of
Altern 8 / Nexus 21), Global Goon (Rephlex), B12 (A.R.T / Warp), and a
collaboration between Luke Vibert and Bristolian hardware/analogue
specialist Richard Wigglesworth.
Artists appearing later in the series include Plaid, Marco Passarani,
Cursor Miner, Debasser, Echaskech, Hrdvsion, Digitonal, Ardisson, Paul
Blackford, Secondo, Posthuman, The Doubtful Guest, and many more.
