Following up the release of Anola Penniless toured in Scandinavia, and
spend the spare time around a portable tape recorder. But again time
was more impatient than these five Finns: the next album was not a
sound around the corner. All Good Things Come To Those Who Wait,
though. In February 2004 in Finland and Sweden, and later this year in
UK / Eire and BeNeLux. For Penniless it is a historical thing: it's
the first time an outsider has been let into the studio only with the
mission to produce Penniless. Much else can be said, but let it be.
Perhaps one amen here, if you don't mind. Penniless is still Penniless
- Kimmo, Lasse, Mikko, Ossi, Pekka - but in my ears the brand new
album All Good Things Come To Those Who Wait gives the impression of a
new start, a new band, as if this sixth one suddenly would be the
first one.
