"Slinky Digital kicks the new decade off in fine style with the re-release
of a massive classic!
"Something About U" by The Act, was first released on Spot On Records in
2000 and was huge Slinky anthem back then so it only seems right that it
is us that gives it a good old dust down ten years on!
The release comes with 4 mixes, the legendary DJ Garry Remix which gave
the production it's anthem status, along with mixes from Maarten De Jong,
Haslam & Mearns & Will Atkinson.
Each mix covers a different sound from Maarten's cool tech workout which
has been getting noticable support from Tiesto.
Slinky Director and Label Manager Lee Haslam teams up with Guy Mearns to
deliver a more tough and funky workout with Will Atkinson serving up a
more tribal interpretation.
