   With slabs of feedback and fuzz united with melody and lush harmonies,
   Porcupine dares the listener to define them.

   Shoegazers? Maybe. Math Rock? A touch. Post-Punk? Probably. Midwest
   indie-rock power trio?

   Definitely.

   Porcupine's debut effort opens with the actual sound of a train screeching
   into a station in Austria and, like that train, Porcupine arrives with a
   record they can truly be proud of.

   Recorded in historic downtown La Crosse Wisconsin at Continental Recording
   with the band turning the knobs and clicking the mouse.

   The result is a cohesive 11 track sonic roller coaster that will hopefully
   leave the listener content yet somewhat dazed.
