Ripper's note: Canadians who have never been to Winnipeg are fond
of saying "but oh, it might be cold but it's a real cultural
center". There's precious little to recommend about Winnipeg,
however, apart from Venetian Snares, who aptly described it as a
frozen shithole, a dogshit dildo and Steven Stapleton's armpit,
amongst other things. That said, the Send & Receive festival is a
saving grace, even if the shows are often attended by the same 20
bearded guys.
Tagged as DVDA as that was the closest tag for the circumstances -
just .wav data files on a pressed DVD encoded as usual.
There may be a DVDR release of the second disc of the set if we
feel like it.

Celebrating the first 10 years of the festival, this set contains
over 11 hours of audio, a beautiful booklet and a feature length
documentary!
20 incredible performances were painstakingly selected by
committee from the rich festival history to be shared on one DVD
as .wav files* (the best way to fit so much high quality audio).
