The assumed name "Jack U Rebels" was (somewhat confusingly)
credited as producer on several releases, including many of the
early records on the seminal Frankfurt techno label Overdrive. In
reality, it was a pseudonym for Andy Duex (Overdrive's label
manager) and fellow producers Udo Niebergall, Nino Tielmann &
Volker Weber.
When the latter three left Overdrive, the pseudonym ceased to
exist.s
