Single from Ex-Junior Boy Johnny Dark and it's very good, we're beginning to
think it's better than the new Junior Boys album infact. Deftly melding 2-steps
designs and abstactions (hiccuping edited vocals, chipmunking and clapping
highly edited polyrhymic drums and claps) onto a thoughtful songwritten sheen
that seems abstract at first but after a few listens like a new design for
futuristic pop music. It's very hard to choose which is the best thing on the
record but HCD2 his highly edited vocal collab with Jeremy Greenspan is a real
winner, Jeremy's song get's edited just out of recognition, adding a strange
android depth.
