Pong musiq presents Havantepe again after his incredible Animal instinct rmx on
the first 12" on the label. Ismail Genc is a producer, mastering engineer and
co-founder of Sublime Porte Netlabel from Istanbul, Turkey. Successful releases
in Baum, Styrax, Sublime Porte, Overflow records... where no doubt to find his
influences like Maurizio, Basic Channel, Transmat, Chain Reaction... The motor
and soul do return to one of the dub techno talents in Europe, all 2 tracks
turned out to be just amazing. Absolutely smashing Havantepe release here with
deep/dub/techno sounds, dubby sounscapes, shuffling rhythms, warm chords &
build-up tension will work perfectly on late night clubfloors. Luke Hess debut
in Pong musiq, "Caterpillar" Remix further explores deep Detroit dance music
through field recordings, live percussion sessions, analog experimentation, and
dark melodies. This is another amazing release that already made big waves on
techdubfloors around the globe!
