UB40 make a welcome return with the release of a brand new
studio album "Homegrown" on October 27th through Virgin
Records. The album sees a return to the classic sound of
this pioneering reggae group, who have had an overwhelming
influence on a wide range of musical genres and inspired the
career of numerous artists in their groundbreaking 23-year
career.
'Homegrown' consists of 12 brand new tracks, including
'Swing Low', a collaboration with United Colours of Sound,
which is the Official Anthem of the England Rugby World Cup
team. The end result is an impressive set that showcases the
very best of UB40 vocals and melodies with the distinctive
rhythms and production of a band that continues to push
forward and explore new musical frontiers.
