░█│ thoughts of its author (relayed by a memorable small pocket), The │█░
░█│ Maysun Project wants to be intense but also varied. Insight was │█░
░█│ given the responsability to put in music its ideas, faithful to its │█░
░█│ reputation of general-purpose artist. Always as personal and │█░
░█│ changing, its production seems more sharpened even as in the past. │█░
░█│ Those which up to now remained hermetic with its style will have │█░
░█│ evil to resist much longer. Like if, carried by the width of its │█░
░█│ project, Insight had assembled of a notch its quality standards. As │█░
░█│ of the imposing one and introduction ' The Threat' where coppers │█░
░█│ filtered, nervous scratches and frantic flights of piano telescope │█░

░█│ microphone than behind the MPC (but which does not tarnish really │█░
░█│ the table). Whereas paranoia becomes sometimes the only means of │█░
░█│ not becoming slave of the lies sold like ultimate truth by the most │█░
░█│ influential networks, Insight leaves in crusade against ignorance │█░
░█│ to update the marionnettists who draw on the strings from planet in │█░
░█│ order to serve the interests of powerful (' The Threat ', ' That │█░
░█│ Rock'n'roll '). If the attempt at putsch is obvious on aggressive ' │█░
░█│ the Drop A Bomb' which is delayed on the terrorist intrigues good │█░
░█│ documented of the American government towards its successive │█░
░█│ targets (between preventive wars, traffic of drug, economic │█░
░█│ smothering and mental slavery), Insight is not confined with a │█░
░█│ simple constant denunciation of its leaders and it intelligently │█░

░█│ history of the secret society of Illuminati on the frequential │█░
░█│ modulations of ' A Deep Look' or that it lets Michael Elmoore make │█░
░█│ short ' a Conference' evoking media-propaganda, it puts all the │█░
░█│ assets on its side to cause the reflexion and to try to preach only │█░
░█│ with convinced. Privileging short formats once more enabling him to │█░
░█│ show all the extent of its talent and punctuating the album of │█░
░█│ titles which play their role of valves perfectly (with the image of │█░
░█│ the egotrips of ' Mental Mechanic' or ' Outcome '), Insight builds │█░
░█│ a very balanced album which manages to inform without preaching and │█░
░█│ which will satisfy even the not-english-speaking for its intrinsic │█░
░█│ musical qualities. Because the form was not put on side and the │█░
░█│ texts are delivered with conviction but also with style. The duet │█░
░█│ formed on several titles by Insight and Dagha is memorable besides. │█░
░█│ The vocal complementarity of the two instigators of this project is │█░
░█│ indeed obvious. Their flows energetic leaves little respite and │█░
░█│ intersects with a fluidity which reflects well the friendship of │█░
░█│ the 2 men. One will be able only to be delighted by the supports │█░
░█│ brought elsewhere by Mr. Lif and KRS-One. Even if ' Message 2000 ' │█░
░█│ proves to be only one reinterpretation of the title of the same │█░
░█│ name of Kris, the teacher really seems in its place on the pleasant │█░
░█│ guitar unearthed by Insight and that clearly gives desire for │█░
░█│ hearing collaborations in progress on Grit Records. In a word as in │█░
░█│ hundred, The Maysun Project is thus an extremely advisable opus. │█░
░█│ Creditable in its intentions but also in its realization, it is │█░
░█│ before all the best work of one of the most interesting artists │█░
░█│ bostoniens. For once that an album of this hardening leaves by the │█░
░█│ means of a French structure (Ascetic not to name it), it thus │█░
░█│ appears significant to be delayed there. Whereas the album of │█░
░█│ Electric Company (group of which Insight and Dagha form part) is │█░
