│ Refractions is an album of 10 tracks* of brilliantly produced, │

│ This 22 year old boy wonder was introduced to electronic music at the │
│ tender age of 7. From this he continued to study jazz and classical │
│ piano as well as sound engineering after school. │
│ Originally producing break-beat he was soon introduced to trance music │
│ and he has found his way onto many of south africa's trance stages to a │
│ rocking and thrilling response his first international trance release │
│ was "Superhighway Samurai" which was included on the Spiral Trax │
│ compilation "Mechanism". He released 3 more killer tracks on our debut │
│ album "Emergence" and the enormously popular "New Directions" that is on │
│ "Dilation". With interest now coming in from many top labels across the │
│ planet, Protoculture is sure to be, if not already, one of the big │
│ trance acts. │
