     This release is going way back to the roots of a legend, New Jersey
     godfather Tony Humphries selects a collection of tracks based around
     his residency at Club Zanzibar. Many of todayÆs clubbers will be
     hearing these classics for the first time like TyreeÆs æHardcore Hip
     HouseÆ, BlackbyrdsÆ æCity LifeÆ and CherÆs æTake Me HomeÆ. These
     tracks were massively influential to the early disco, garage and
     Jersey vocal sound of the past twenty or so years, but IÆm unsure how
     theyÆll go down in todayÆs market. CD2 continues TonyÆs æChoiceÆ of
     classics including Todd Terry as the Gypseymen, The Pointer Sisters
     and Happyhead. A blast from the past, TonyÆs æChoiceÆ of tracks has
     formed the quality foundations of Humphries house. Not entirely my
     bag, the tracks may stand the test of time or sound terribly dated
     but I guess it depends upon where you were the first time aroundà
