| Born in Montreal, Canada. Bettina has been an integral part of the |
| Underground dance scene for the past decade. Starting in 1986, she |
| has worked in and around the club scene as record shop employee at |
| Inbeat Records in Montreal, then on to her European debut, as |
| radio DJ at New Dance Radio, Amsterdam. |
| |
| An offer to be promotions manager for Narcotic Records in London, |
| brought her to her current residency here in the UK. All along, a |
| DJ and producer under different guises, most notably her latest |
| incarnation, Bougie Soliterre. As well as running her own Flipside |
| label, she co-runs her own distribution company Global Dance, in a |
| hard-to-find basement, somewhere in West London. |

| Recently Bettina has put out many notable releases including an |
| original project for Sfere Records US, as well as a Bougie |
| Soliterre album which came for the end of 2000. |
