Frankly amazing debut Planet Mu record from Chi-Town visionary DJ Nate who
presents twenty five slices of quality, future-bound juke/footwork/hip-hop
dynamics. The most alarming thing about this sound Nate's age- just twenty years
young... He's in possession of a musical brain that -consciously or not- spits
out mangled funktions recalling cyclical Reich patterns, bruised UK
garage/steppa'/ junglist flavours, booty-fried B'more, frazzled Southern hip-hop
and so much more... This the first full-length taster of a movement set to
inspire global-bass and soon to be captured by Planet Mu's Bangs & Wurks
compilation arriving soon, watch out!
