Amsterdam-born Boris Werner, who records for labels like Remote Area, Rush Hour
and Moon Harbour, has been a resident of Welcome To The Future (both; the
festival and the parties in Studio 80) for a solid 5 years now. This bad boy of
the Amsterdam scene made his name as a DJ at innumerable deeep underground
afterparties, often performing as a team together with Lauhaus. Boris Werner is
oneof the true ambassadors of the new house-sound, that has become the lifeblood
of the Amsterdam clublife in recent years. With a deep, fluid, groovy and
left-field style, he's become one of the DJ-heroes of Amsterdam. Armed with a
fresh and funky house sound that will make any dancefloor come to life, Boris
Werner is simply the best DJ the Netherlands has to offer in the year of the 4th
WTTF Festival, 2010.
