Without doubt the most anticipated Dubstep twelve of the year, Skream
capitalises on the attention brought to him by last weeks killer 'midnight
request line' and rolls out another bomb into position with '28g', backed by the
truly deadly 'fearless' production from DMZ's Loefah. '28g' is a whole ounce of
good sh*t, rolled trimmed and smoked to perfection, the cheeky riffin intro
giving way to speaker melting subbass wobbles and a determined slow grinding
halfstep groove. Bass for your face indeed. 'fearless' has a darker grin about
it, rhythmically more challenging, yet imbued with a greater sense of space. The
bass level increases and drops to lower and yet lower subsonic depths as the
track progresses into a pure exercise in speaker battering. Guaranteed pressure
pleasure from tectonic.
