Fresh out the left coast, Stones Throw drop 'Hood Pass' from 'Toeachizown'
including vocals from Comptons Most Wanted's MC Eiht and lead singer of Slave,
Steve Arrington, plus a Devonwho edit. The title cut is a bit of an allstar LA
affair, with an appearance from Menace 2 Society star Eiht marking their first
collaboration in nearly a decade. '4 My Homies' is also enhanced with Steve
Arrington's authentic soul glow vocals and then there's the exclusive 'How It Be
Between U & Me?', a sensuous late-night slow jam featuring florid synthwork from
J.T. Donaldson. Devonwho's edit of 'Come On Outside' completes the set with a
burnished version full of kinky shuffles and sparkling synth works. Sick.
