A standout cut from Victoria Bergsman's East Of Eden album, 'Anna'
features Noah Lennox (aka Panda Bear of Animal Collective) providing
layered vocals in the round while a mixture of Western and Pakistani
instrumentation forms the most organic and elegant of backdrops. All this
supporting instrumentation drops away for 'Annacapella', exposing the
polyphony of harmonies that makes up the bulk of the track. Finally,
'Annanass' gives a more skeletal realisation of the song with emphasis on
the rhythm section, dissolving the vocals in reverb.
