From the folks who brought the world Stomp comes a soundtrack
built out of found percussion (trash cans, wheel rims, pieces
of metal, you name it.) Brits Luke Cresswell and Steve
McNicholas are the composers and performers behind the
project, blending their percussive approach to music with a
few instruments and a few voices. The result is excellent,
both in terms of songs such as "Brothers & Sisters" and in
terms of film cues. The use of found percussion (with regular
percussion sometimes mixed in) is surprisingly musical,
providing the score with an otherworldly tone that can be
both abrasive and subtle - Cresswell and McNicholas, both
veterans of novelty act Pookiesnackenburger (England's
equivalent of the Roto Rooter Good Time Christmas Band, and
justly infamous for their Stiff Records single "Just One
Cornetto") are both excellent performers. The album is filled
out with a pair of cuts from Brotherhood From Anotherhood and
L.V., both matching the high standard of the rest of the
