together and collected a shitload of raw, funky and soulful remixes of Won't
Get That (From Me) and Struggle featuring Aaron Phiri of the Hearin' Aid crew
who truly breaks the track down to the core with his ill freestyle rhymes. The
first and only remix of the former mentioned song, is a 6/8 trunk funk deal
all the way from Vienna, Austria, where one of the featured remixers is part
of the renowned Waxolutionists.
Remixes for the ladder song have just been dripping down like rain in October.
First up is Sasac with a real deep Yesterdays New Quintet-like version. And
hitting us up with his first official remix is debutant DJ Asparagus (Raw
Fusion Club) with a huge Chicago Jack track α la Todd Terry. A real peak hour
club banger! Bjarne B takes us further, away from the Windy City to Little
Detroit, Stockholm and kills us several times over with a heavy bass assassin.
Sir Sampalot aka Funkenteller aka Rick Skizzo (Up Hygh, Deep Space 69) ends
this quest with a fat mid-tempo old school electro-vibe to make all our b-boyz
