Release Notes :
Tundra, born Jonathan Jansen, is a Dutch producer hailing from Amersfoort, The
Netherlands. With a Bachelors degree in Sound Design & Composition and currently
graduating on a Master's degree in Media Culture, you could say Tundra is a
pretty busy guy. Having previously done tracks and remixes for labels such as
Manual Music, Sleaze, TEAM and his own label Savoir Records, Tundra now turns
his attention to Outside the Box Music with the release of his excellent Organs
of Youth.
The original is such a distinct record you probably won't get it out of you
heard easily once you've heard it. Organs of Youth has that typical retro,
almost underworld-ish, vibe to it that gets dancefloors moving without effort.
Giorgos Gatzigristos is also on board, well known from his previous work on John
Digweed's Bedrock label as well his Integer EP on Outside the Box in 2009. He
turns Organs of Youth inside out and takes it a notch deeper, perfectly
complementing Jonathan's original.
Watch out for additional remixes later this year as well!
