■ Release Notes:
Hijokaidan is a legendary/prolific
Japanese noise and free improvisation
group with a revolving line-up that has
ranged from two members to as many as
fourteen in its early days. The group is
the project of guitarist Yoshiyuki "Jojo"
Hiroshige its one constant member, who is
head and owner of the Osaka-based Alchemy
Records.
This live album, released in Japan under
Alchemy Records and in Norway under Pica
Disk, features three amazing tracks,
recorded live by Radio Nova at "All Ears
Festival" at Blσ, Oslo, Norway, January
12 (track 1) and 14 (tracks 2 and 3)
2006.
