█ The PRAY THE MARTYR band was formed in Arkhangelsk █
█ on the cold banks of White Sea, from the musicians █
█ of local bands and just lovers of this style. In █
█ the begining members of the band haΓ lack of █
█ problems with the making up of the staff, throught █
█ the long time the were only two constant members: █
█ Konstantin "Redneck"(vocals, music, lyrics) and █
█ Andrey "Rraff" (guitar, back-vocals, music). In █
█ fact they are the only, who have been playing in █
█ the band from the day of foundation. The permanent █
█ bass-player Mihail came in the band in autumn of █
█ 2007. The debut in 19 of october 2007 was with █
█ bands TORBOLAX(Toljati), DRILL BIT and MIDDLE █
█ CLASS BASTARDS (both from Arkhangelsk). The █
█ drummer was sessional, from the local metalcore █
█ formation DIEVERSITY. With his help the band █
█ recorded its first few tracks, one of them █
█ "Sunscream" was published in compilation █
█ <Screaming Nation Vol.1> with NONNA MORDUKOVA, █
█ BREAKWAR, .crrust and others. In the same time █
█ (spring 2008) the bad was fully-complacted by the █
█ drummer Vitaliy "Cynic". From that moment the band █
█ began to inreach blank of creation - gave few █
█ concerts in Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk, Pskov and █
█ Saint-Petersburg and also recorded 5-songs demo-EP █
█ "Dreamcity", published in the november 2008 by █
█ band-self. █
