│ Adelaide (Australia) trio PATRIARCHAL DEATH MACHINE began playing │
│ together in early '94, carving out their own particular type of │
│ old school hardcore punk. With a strong social conscience and │
│ sense of justice, PDM songs are highly political and delivered │
│ with passion and conviction. Their first full length album │
│ entitled "Familiarity Breeds Contempt" was independently released │
│ in 2006 to rave reviews. The eagerly awaited follow up EP "Yes!" │
│ may have taken 4 years to surface with personal tragedy, travel │
│ plans and band line up changes all playing their part in the lull │
│ between recordings, but PATRIARCHAL DEATH MACHINE return to their │
│ socio-political best with the release of "Yes!". │
