"After the release of the first vinyl 7" 10/07/2011 the release for the debut
album by this band from Brooklyn is set for 01/28/2011. The guys plaing in I
HATE OUR FREEDOM aren't unknown to us: This band consists of Joseph Grillo
(GARRISON, GOD FIRES MAN), Justin Scurti (MILHOUSE), Scott Winegard (TEXAS IS
THE REASON, HOUSE & PARISH) and Tucker Rule (THURSDAY). After this first full
length record, it won't take long until they will have new music to present: I
HATE OUR FREEDOM have been busy recording new material recently for what is
going to be their second studio album, this time together with Kurt Ballou
(CONVERGE) in his Godcity Studio. But first, their debut album "SERIOUSLY". The
pre-order for this record starts 12/20/2010 and is going to be released on vinyl
only as a limited edition of 250 copies. There will be a free CD added to the LP
which contains audio files and mp3 formats of the entire as well as a free mp3
label compilation. 100 copies of the LP will be on green vinyl, 150 copies will
be on green/white mixed vinyl. Good news for you folks in the US: Our friends at
Mightier Than Sword will release this album as a limited edition in January as
well. They will have other nice looking vinyl colors, so check them out!"
