Im so excited to release our long awaited CD æLove To BegÆ on Ruf
Records this February 11 in Europe and on April 12th in the US.
As many of you know this is a very bittersweet time for me û my
oldest brother Don has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
Don has been a huge musical influence in my life. He turned me on
to the all the great classic rock when I was a little girl, and
those influences have certainly found their way on to the new CD.
I hope youÆll all be as happy with ôLove To Begö as we are. I think
we really captured the live energy in a studio sense and kept the
integrity of our Gospel, Blues, Soul & Rock roots.
WeÆll kick off our 2011 tour in Germany on February 1st and the
year will be packed with dates throughout the US, Canada and Europe
until next Christmas.
My heart is heavy but I am blessed to keep the music going for my
first mentors, Don and my late sister Donna. I am also blessed with
such amazing support throughout the world. I have spent the
Christmas Holiday reading all of your beautiful notes which have
brought me so much comfort.
I look forward to continuing to share all the pain, pleasure, love
and joy of this precious and short life with you all next year and
the years to come.
