Release Notes :
So The Dirtbombs, Detroit garage punk legends, released an album, Party Store,
covering old school Detroit techno tunes. Well, in an interesting twist, The
Dirtbombs link up with Scion A/V to present a remix EP of tracks from Party
Store. The project has a few of DetroitÆs dopest electronic music producers û
Omar S, Kyle Hall, and Ectomorph û reworking three of The DirtbombsÆ techno
renditions. So these are techno remixes of rock covers of techno classics! Scion
A/V is offering the EP for free download and word is that both CD and vinyl
copies will be distributed at various Scion events and at records stores
nationwide, so get your copy however and wherever.
