power metal sextet, æPower QuestÆ, and without doubt itÆs their finest
offering to date. The opening track, the instrumental æBattle StationsÆ
unleashes itself as a brutal, twisting, barrage of pompous, power metal,
galloping through the speakers and setting the trend for the exquisite
delights that follow. Next up is the suitably titled æRising Anewæ, which
sets off at a frenetic pace with duelling twin guitars going head to head
with the incendiary device drumming, wrapped around beautifully layered
keyboards, and kept on track with a stabilising bass unit, all of which are
